Shipping and Processing
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Austin, Texas and orders can take up to three days to process. Please keep this in mind as you choose your shipping method.
Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you purchase, and delivering them safely to your door.
For Standard Shipping, most in-stock items are shipped to arrive within 5-10 business days.
Delivery Options
Standard Shipments (UPS Ground): Orders will ship within two to three business days from the time an order is received.
2nd Day — Orders will ship within 24 hours from the time an order is received and arrive two business days later.
Next Day — Orders ship on the day of order and arrive the next business day.
Email confirmation — An email will be sent to you with a tracking number/s for the package/s shipped
and will include the official "UPS" estimated arrival date for each specific order.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to ship to several different addresses, a separate order must be created per address shipped.
No Shipment Available
We ship through UPS therefore we offer NO shipment to PO boxes and we can not ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
Tax
We will apply tax to shipping as required by individual states.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction,
please call our customer service department at 877- 452-BARK and one of our trained staff members with gladly take your call.
We regret we can not refund delivery charges.
Cancellations
Your order is immediately sent to our warehouse at the time it is placed, and we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted.
Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card. We regret that we cannot refund delivery charges.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will tell you when you place your order. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you placed your order and additional stock cannot be obtained.
In such a case, we will notify you of the cancelled item.
GIFT WRAP
We do not offer the option of gift wrap at this time. |
